Information we collect

For preregistration, we store your email address, optional answers (device, who you would like to use Kehai with, and feature requests), language, registration time, the notice version, and a fixed source category such as Instagram. You can skip all optional questions.

For support inquiries, we receive your sender email address and the information you include in your message. Please do not include sensitive information about yourself or others in feature requests.

Purposes and notifications

We use your preregistration email address for the Kehai launch notice described in the form. Optional answers help us consider supported devices and improve features. Inquiry information is used to respond and handle your request. We do not sell this information or use it for unrelated advertising.

Earlier registrations retain the notification purpose and frequency explained at registration. Updating this policy does not automatically expand the purposes for those registrations.

Storage and service providers

We use Cloudflare Workers and D1 to serve this website and store preregistration information. We plan to use Brevo for notification emails; information needed for delivery, such as email addresses, will be processed by that provider. Preregistration does not create an app account or a paid subscription.

Support emails are forwarded through Cloudflare and received and handled using a Google email service managed by OnemuLab. Service providers such as Cloudflare may process connection information, including IP addresses, to deliver and secure the website.

Website measurement

To improve the website, we count page views, registration-button clicks, and form starts by day, language, and fixed source category. These custom counters contain no email address, IP address, identifier, or full URL and are not linked to preregistration records. We also use Cloudflare web analytics.

Safeguards and disclosure

We manage information as needed for the purposes above and work to prevent unauthorized access and leaks. We do not disclose it to third parties without consent, except for necessary processing by service providers, disclosures required by law, and other legally permitted cases.

We retain information for as long as needed to handle notifications and inquiries. We aim to delete it when no longer needed, except where retention is legally required or otherwise necessary under applicable law.

Cancellation and information requests

To cancel your registration, stop notifications, or request access, correction, or deletion of your information, contact kehai-support@onemu-lab.com from your registered email address. We may verify your identity and will handle requests in accordance with applicable law.

The app under development

Details such as the sharing method, group size, storage locations, permissions, and deletion controls are still being considered. This preregistration form does not collect in-app photos, cards, or location data. We will explain the app’s data handling after its specifications are finalized and before use begins.

Policy changes and contact

We will publish changes and the updated date on this page and provide additional notice of important changes where appropriate. Where additional consent is required, we will provide the necessary explanation and obtain that consent before starting the processing. Questions can be sent to kehai-support@onemu-lab.com.
